Redesign is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to help us scale our invoicing processes and meet the needs of a growing organization. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process and ensuring accurate invoices for all customer contracts including managed services, software subscriptions and technology hardware and software orders.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely and precise revenue recognition and billing compliance. This role goes beyond day-to-day billing operations—you will also play a key role in the implementation and optimization of our new billing system and ERP platform. Primary Responsibilities Include

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices for hardware and software sales, service contracts, and recurring subscriptions
Validate applicable taxes and ensure compliance with all state and local requirements
Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
Partner with Sales Operations to verify order details, pricing, and contract terms
Maintain billing systems and help implement automation and enhancements to improve efficiency
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, account status, and billing policies
Other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent related experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or both is preferred
Experience with billing for a technology services company preferred
