Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization. This is a foundational role that will shape the future of our talent acquisition function, where you’ll have the opportunity to build our recruiting operations from the ground up. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding handoffs, while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.

You’ll primarily support hiring for IT and technical roles, as well as key back-office functions such as Finance and Marketing. As the company continues to expand globally, this role may also support recruitment for international positions in the future. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a growing organization and is eager to build scalable recruiting practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, transparent communication.
  • Assist in implementation of the company’s first ATS system, Rippling.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data.
  • Collaborate with external recruiting partners or agencies when needed.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help establish best practices in recruiting operations, interview structure, and reporting.
  • Work with the People Operations Manager on people strategy, policy, and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across technical and corporate roles.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior and executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience using or implementing an ATS; familiarity with Rippling is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
