BBQ with Boterman

For this event, we’ll be joined by grille-master extraordinaire, Andy Boterman, who will be instructing everyone on how to prepare the perfect cut of wagyu beef over this interactive cooking class. Andy began his business, BBQ with Boterman, as a way to inspire people to cook outside of their comfort zone, by encouraging them to try new methods and recipes for preparing meat.  


The wagyu for this event will be regionally sourced from Snake River Farms, and sent to everyone prior to the event. In addition to the meat, Andy recommends you come prepared with the following ingredients and equipment, optional but recommended for achieving maximum wagyu wizardry:

Optional Ingredients:

  • Butter

  • Grapeseed Oil

  • 2 Springs Roesmary

  • 3 Springs Thyme

  • 2 Whole Garlic Cloves

  • Kosher Salt

  • Coarse Black Peppe

Optional Equipment:

  • Instant Read Thermometer

  • Cast Iron Pan
